“Gurney” was inspired by the passing of racing legend and car creator, Dan Gurney.

Dan was a dear friend to one of the drivers whose known me nearly all my life and it hit him hard. I’ve know Danny, his son just a few years.

One hell of a driver who should have won more times than his records indicate, but an even better man by the measure of those who knew, respected and loved him.

This was my “tip of the hat” to the man who touched so many lives. Dan’s image is cast upon the hood of one of his Gurney Eagles.
